Ballot Without Borders is a nonpartisan civic organization. This is not an official government website. We do not run elections, register voters, or count ballots.
2. Election information is unofficial
Election results on this site are unofficial and are labeled with their source and the time they were checked. Results are entered by hand and do not update automatically. Voting rules, deadlines and office contacts can change. Always confirm with your state or county election office, or at vote.gov, before you rely on any date, rule or result.
3. Who owns the content
The design, interactive maps, code, graphics, logos, written content and arrangement of this site are owned by Ballot Without Borders and are protected by copyright and other laws. © 2026 Ballot Without Borders. All rights reserved. Election results and other public facts are not owned by us; they come from the sources we cite, such as the Associated Press and state and county election offices.
4. What you are welcome to do
- Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial information.
- Share links to any page on this site.
- Quote short passages with credit to “Ballot Without Borders” and a link back to the page.
- Share our official social media posts using the platform’s built-in share tools.
5. What you may not do without our written permission
